Lesson Overview

This is the third lesson in the unit “Digital Systems” based on the Year 5/6 Digital Technologies curriculum (WA). Following on from the second lesson which introduced students to hardware vs. software, this lesson teaches students the actual functions of each of the computer bits. To help contextualise this for students, they compare the functions of the computer bits with the different parts of the human body!

  • Identify the different parts that make up a computer
